Here's the plan for B&G in a nutshell...

We will have the opening ceremony, followed by the Arrow of Light Ceremony and Webelos cross over. Then the rest of the Pack will receive their awards and get their faces painted to reflect their rank.

We will then have the closing flag ceremony. Afterwards we will have our traditional potluck dinner. The pack will provide chicken and beverages. Watch the scout bulletin board for the Invitations/RSVPs which is already posted.

Folks can choose to stay for dinner or not, as their schedule dictates. There will be no entertainment or presentations other than the awards ceremony, so it should be fairly short and manageable. We plan to begin at 6:30pm, the ceremonies will probably last for about an hour, so even if folks stay for dinner, they should be heading out by 8:00pm.

We are going to assemble the boys in a semi-circle around a "camp fire", Webelos will be up close to the "fire pit" at the center of our attention. We have short (4") glo-sticks and each of the boys tosses one into a kettle. This is the setting for the cross-over ceremony.
