Last year was our first year taking part in the Elder Beerman
fundraiser. Elder Beerman (a department store in Howell) lets us sell
coupon books for their big sale in the days and weeks leading up to
the sale. We get a certain amount for each book sold and if we sell
enough books, we get a percentage of their sales on the day of the
sale.
We can have two scouts at a time in the store selling books. Since we
earned a great deal of money for the pack last time, Dawn Newman has
reserved even more slots for us this year.
Here are the time slots we need to fill (with 2 scouts for each slot):
Friday 20-Aug 6-8 p.m
Saturday 21-Aug 2-4 p.m
Monday 23-Aug 2-4 p.m
Thursday 26-Aug 12 – 2p.m
Friday 27-Aug 6-8 p.m
Saturday 28-Aug 2 – 4 p.m
Monday 30-Aug 2 – 4 p.m
Saturday 4-Sep 2 – 4 p.m
Wednesday 8-Sep 6 – 8 p.m
Saturday 11-Sep 2 – 4 p.m
Saturday 2-Oct 2 – 4 p.m
Wednesday 6-Oct 6 – 8 p.m
Saturday 9-Oct 2- 4 p.m
Saturday 16-Oct 2 – 4 p.m
Even though some of these dates are quite a ways in the future, please
consider signing up your scout for one or more slots. Click on the
